Jake Paul was placed under general anaesthetic for a total of eight hours in order to get 11 new tattoos.
The YouTuber and boxer visited Ganga Tattoo, where he was welcomed upon arriving at the building before viewing some of the available tattoo designs.
After picking out his chosen tattoos, Paul was then placed under anaesthetics for an eight-hour session. The method uses 'anaesthetics with qualified medical personnel that is specially prepared for this type of work environment', as per The Sun.

The tattoos were applied across Paul's arms, feet and legs, with a range of different designs including animals and even what appears to be an image of a skull.
Ganga Tattoos posted: "Jake Paul stopped by for his first No Pain session with the best team in the world. We definitely had a lot of fun completing 11 different pieces during this eight hour session! See you back soon my brother!"

Paul hasn't competed in a boxing fight since his split decision defeat to Tommy Fury on February 26.
The loss was Paul's first in professional boxing, having previously defeated UFC veterans Anderson Silva, Ben Askren and Tyron Woodley.
The 26-year-old is scheduled to take on another experienced UFC fighter in Nate Diaz. The fight will take place on August 5 at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas.
There was a disagreement between how many rounds the fight would last, however, with the pair agreeing earlier this week that they would do battle over 10 rounds.

The fight was originally due to last a total of eight rounds, which is the longest that any of Paul's fights have lasted as a professional.
He tweeted: "Nate Diaz wants 10 rounds. I guess he has good cardio. Ok Nathan, 10 rounds it is."
Diaz will be making his professional boxing debut against the YouTuber, having left the UFC in September of last year.
