Some fight.

Super middleweight bruisers George Groves and Martin Murray played out an attritional, hard hitting fight as the two Brits, with seven world title losses between them, fought out the fight of the night.

The two men went face-to-face for Groves WBA International title in the O2 Arena as the appetiser ahead of Anthony Joshua's defence of his world heavyweight title. Groves will be hoping the win puts him back in the title picture with another match against James DeGale his long time rival in the future or a fight against another Brit in Callum Smith.

The fight went the distance with the 28 year old, who was once knocked out in front of 80,000 people by Carl Froch, winning on points unanimously as he was ahead for most of the fight although the older boxer did scare him on occasion especially in the 10th round. All three judges scored the fight 118-110.
