Manchester City fans are unhappy with a 'bitter' jibe from Manchester United legend David Beckham on his comments about the potential Treble winners.
After Saturday afternoon's win over their local rivals, City are just one win away from equalling the success of United in the 1998/99 season.
Having already captured the Premier League title, Ilkay Gundogan's two goals from the edge of the area were enough to earn Pep Guardiola's men the FA Cup.

Winning the competition was made all the sweeter by beating their local rivals, as former Oasis star Liam Gallagher showed up in the Wembley stands.
United were in a similar position 24 years ago when they beat Arsenal to the Premier League and then beat Newcastle United to the FA Cup.
Sir Alex Ferguson's side then defeated Bayern Munich, who were going for a similar treble in Germany, to win all three of the major trophies available to them.

City are just a win against Inter Milan in next week's Champions League final away from equalling that achievement and becoming only the second English team to do it.
There's been lots of talk about which side's achievement would be better and who is better team and Beckham had his own say on it.
"We're all divided in our opinions of that, obviously," Beckham told the FA on social media, "And I said to Noel [Gallagher] the other day, even if you guys go on to win the trophy today [Saturday] and the Champions League. If they do do the Treble, obviously that's a special achievement for any club to do but there's only one club who can ever win it the first time and we were that club.

"In all honesty as a United fan, if these guys [City] get to go on and win a treble that feeling as a player of lifting all three trophies, that was an amazing thing.
"We were all home grown players, home grown players who lived and breathed the club and played all the way through and the way we won it and also for the first time, can never be done again.
"But, that moment of lifting all three trophies and winning the Treble, you always want other players to feel that. So if these guys get to do that then it'll be amazing moment for them.
"Like I said to Noel, there's only one team to have won it the first time."
Beckham was relatively positive about his side's rivals winning the Treble but City fans were not impressed by him bringing up the 'homegrown' make up of United's team.

"How bitter is David Beckham?", one fan questioned.
"Not sure he has realised City were the first derby winners at Wembley. That can't be done again either," a second pointed out, who maybe didn't realise the interview was done before kick off.
A third added: "This team of home grown players & a few shrewd signings also had the most expensive squad in the league with the highest wage bill. Fantastic achievement but don’t reinvent history."
A fourth claimed: "All part of the narrative. Having watched it back this morning, the cameras were on Fergie and him more than the game."

Pointing out his own team's achievements, another exclaimed: "Who was the 1st & only team to accumulate 100 points in a Premier league season & who was the 1st & the only team to win the domestic quadruple."
