Sunderland Commit Yaya Toure-Esque Twitter Blunder

Ever since Yaya Toure birthday cake-gate, football clubs across the country take to social media wishing their players a happy birthday.

Though Sunderland have made quite the blunder regarding their own defender Patrick van Aanholt. The Dutchman turned 26 YESTERDAY, but his club failed to acknowledge this, instead sending him a message the following day. Oops.

Sunderland promptly deleted the Tweet but not before van Aanholt could post a response:
