Backup goalkeeper Hart then took to Instagram and posted a message of 'job done' alongside the scoreline.
Spurs fans were furious with the former England international and he's admitted it was an 'unacceptable' error from his media team.

"Morning guys. I feel like I need to make an apology on behalf of my social media team," he begun.
"It's been brought to my attention, I've just woken up, someone thought we'd won 3-0 last night as sloppy as it sounds.
"It's the truth, posted and job done. It's unacceptable. I'm sure it's annoyed a lot of people and I'm sorry it's come to that but it's obviously not come from me.
"I've got nothing but love for the club and support for the team. I'm just as down as the boys are.
"Apologies, unfortunately these things happen but just know it didn't come from anywhere but a typo. Have a great day."

Fellow goalkeeper and club captain Hugo Lloris couldn't hide his anger at yesterday's result.
The Frenchman was asked how he was feeling after a poor performance and he told BT Sport: "Good question. I think we are all more than disappointed.
"It's just a disgrace. I just hope everyone in the changing room feels responsible for the situation, because it's a disgrace.
"What more can I say about it? Talking about the game from Sunday, I think it is not the right moment.
"Just the taste of the defeat tonight is more than painful and we are all responsible for that.

"Obviously we are a club which is full of ambition but I just think the team at the moment is a reflection of what's going on in the club."
