Romelu Lukaku accidentally blocked Alexis Sanchez's on target header during Inter Milan vs Shakhtar Donetsk - denying his side Champions League qualification.
Antonio Conte's side knew they needed to win at the San Siro if they wanted to advance to the knockout stages.
With the scores locked at 0-0, Sanchez rose high into the air and met a corner with a thumping header.

But the Chilean didn't expect it to bounce off Lukaku's head when goalkeeper Anatoliy Trubin was all but beaten.
The game would end 0-0 and it means Inter have come fourth place in the group, with Shakhtar sealing a place in the Europa League.
Fans have reacted to the incident and they think it sums up the luck of former Manchester United pair Lukaku and Sanchez.

Conte spoke after the game and lamented his side's performance in front of goal, after they also failed to score against Shakhtar on matchday 2.
"Shakhtar played defensively as they did in the first leg. It is incredible that we were unable to score even a goal in 180 minutes against them," he said per SempreInter.
"They were also lucky, their goalkeeper was the best player on the pitch. Shakhtar changed the way they play, they are satisfied. They were good and lucky."
Elsewhere in Group B, Borussia Monchengladbach did qualify despite a 2-0 defeat to Real Madrid.
