Arne Slot's approach to disciplining his players has been revealed ahead of his impending appointment as Liverpool boss.
Slot is set to take over from Jurgen Klopp at the end of season after Liverpool reportedly reached an agreement to pay a £9 million compensation package to Feyenoord.
The likes of Ruben Amorim, Roberto De Zerbi and Xabi Alonso were linked but the Reds decided on the Dutchman, who has one Eredivisie title and KNVB Cup to his name.
The 45-year-old is known for being a manager who is all about aggressive and attractive football and someone who takes great pride in developing young talent.

But further information about his qualities has arrived in a detailed report from Adam Crafton of The Athletic.
It's claimed that while Slot does implement a fine system for lateness, he is anything but a crazy, school-teacher like disciplinarian and is instead a calm leader.
The piece claims: "There is a system of fines for players, including for being late to a game or missing a team bus, but he is not a disciplinarian by nature.
"He does not see his role, or those of his staff, as akin to schoolteachers but rather to provide information, and give players every opportunity to make the healthiest choices."
In a rather surprising twist, one of his colleagues at Feyenoord, said he never once heard him raise his voice on the training pitch such is his composed and measured approach.

Slot's assistant manager Sipke Hulshoff and head of performance Ruben Peeters will be joining him at Anfield, while Jonathan Northcroft of The Times reports that his former teammate Etienne Reijnen, an analyst and technical advisor, will make the move.
Slot, who will be head coach as opposed to manager, was unable to convince Marino Pusic to join him on Merseyside.
