One Manchester United player wasn't cleared to play 90 minutes before the side's 4-0 defeat to Crystal Palace but did so anyway, according to reports.
Erik ten Hag's side endured a disastrous night at Selhurst Park - a stadium that has claimed several top Premier League sides over the years, but not to this extent.
Michael Olise netted a brace, with Jean-Philippe Mateta and Tyrick Mitchell also scoring, as Oliver Glasner's side ran riot.

Captain Bruno Fernandes missed the defeat through injury, with United sorely missing his leadership at Selhurst Park.
They were also without five senior centre-backs, including the recently-injured Harry Maguire.
That meant Ten Hag fielded a centre-back duo of midfielder Casemiro and Jonny Evans - but the Dutchman was nearly without one of those two players

According to BBC Sport's Alex Turk, Evans was passed fit to play around a hour at Selhurst Park, having recently suffered from fitness issues.
The Northern Ireland defender has been recovering from a muscle issue suffered in April, but entered the Palace clash as United's only fit natural centre-back.
As a result, Evans completed the full 90 minutes at Selhurst Park amid a lack of other options - and proved his commitment to the club once again in the process, as it is added that Ten Hag did not request him to play the entire match.
Speaking after the game about his current injury list, Ten Hag did appear to indicate that fitness issues extend further than those currently out of action: "If the right players are available, we have a good squad.

"We miss almost the whole backline, and then we have problems.
"I will keep fighting. I prepared the team in the best way I could do. It was not good enough. I have to take responsibility for that, but I will find energy and prepare them for Sunday's game."
