Manchester United's chances of winning the Premier League title have been rubbished by a Sky Sports pundit.
Erik ten Hag's side finished in third position last season, marking an immediate return to Champions League football after finishing in sixth in the previous campaign.
It was a successful first season in charge for the Dutchman, who led his side to lifting the Carabao Cup trophy and reaching the FA Cup final.

There were disappointing moments, though, including the 3-0 defeat to Sevilla that dumped United out of the Europa League and the 7-0 thrashing by Liverpool in March.
But progress was evident, and the signings of Mason Mount and Andre Onana, as well as potential improvements in other areas of the pitch, have left United fans hopeful that they can improve their Premier League standing this term.
However, former Cardiff and Arsenal striker Jay Bothroyd believes United have no chance of winning the league - and dismissed their chances in brutal fashion.

Speaking on Sky Sports, Bothroyd was asked about whether he thought United could potentially challenge for the Premier League title in the upcoming season.
He bluntly responded: "To win the title? No." Bothroyd then burst into laughter.
A product of Arsenal's academy, the striker never made a senior appearance for the Gunners, although did line up for their 1999/00 FA Youth Cup final win over Coventry.

He subsequently had a notable three-year spell at Cardiff, but struggled to produce his top form in Premier League football.
Ten Hag will be hoping his side can hit top form early on in the season, with United kicking off their Premier League campaign with a home clash against Wolves at Old Trafford.
New signings Mason Mount and Andre Onana could both make their competitive debuts for United on that date, while the club are also reportedly set to bid for Rasmus Hojlund.
