Moussa Sissoko can count himself lucky that he managed to leave the pitch at full-time after this shocking elbow on Harry Arter during Tottenham's 0-0 draw with Bournemouth.

The Spurs midfielder was a 72nd-minute substitute in the game, but should have been sent packing seven minutes later after getting caught up in an incident with Arter.

As you'll see from the clip below, he tries to beat Arter to the ball to take a throw-in and throws his elbow hard into the face of the Irish international:

Referee Craig Pawson and his officiating team failed to spot the awful elbow and Sissoko was able to see out the rest of the 0-0 draw at the Vitality Stadium.
