Arsene Wenger is in his native homeland as a pundit for the Euro's, and a cheeky spot of scouting, where he has committed quite the error.
Before the game between Croatia vs. Turkey, where Luka Modric's superb volley proved to be the winner eventually seeing them top the group.
The Arsenal manager happened to be present at the Parc des Princes for the Group D clash, where he was introduced to Unai Emery er-I-mean Tomaslav Mazdar, the Croatian doctor.
You know where this is going.
Advert
Mazdar claims the Gunners' boss stopped him as he thought it was the UEFA Cup winning Spanish manager, even asking him about vacancy at Paris St-Germain. What was said. Well, this;
"He greeted me, shook my hand and congratulated me on winning the Europa League with Sevilla. To my surprise, he also asked if I had reached an agreement with PSG."
What do you reckon, can we let him off? Or is it inexcusable? Lets us know in the comments section below.
