Pep Guardiola's tenure at Manchester City isn't completely going to plan.

After a 10-match winning run to start of the season, the wheels fell off at City and it has been clear that there are a number of players who are no longer good enough to play in Guardiola's side.

It's also evident that Pep needs a lot more time to be able to shape this City team into the side he wants them to be and his ideas transferring over to the players will not happen overnight.

Eyebrows were raised when many players who underperformed under Manuel Pellegrini were retained for a further season but it appears as though a year is all that they will get from Guardiola.

The summer window is huge for City and reports suggest that there a massive clear-out at City is on the way.

According to Spanish publication AS, there could be as many as seven players offloaded when the summer transfer window rolls around.

Understudy goalkeeper Willy Caballero was rumoured to be heading for the exit last summer but now looks nailed on to leave in July this year.

City need drastic changes at full-back and it's no surprise to read that all four full-backs are to be let go.

Bacary Sagna, Pablo Zabaleta, Gael Clichy and Aleksandar Kolarov will all be surplus to requirements, if reports are accurate.

Yaya Toure eventually made his way into Pep Guardiola's plans after improving his fitness and proving his worth to Guardiola, but he doesn't look likely to stay any longer than this season.

And finally Jesus Navas, signed from Sevilla for £14.9 million in 2013, is poised for an exit as Guardiola looks to seriously improve the quality of wide players in his side. His former club Sevilla are the favourites to land him.

With a host of departures expected, as well as a number of incomings, it's going to be a busy summer at Manchester City.
