Cristiano Ronaldo Took The Absolute Piss With Celebration At The Nou Camp

Where have we seen that before?!

Cristiano Ronaldo scored an absolute beauty in an eventful cameo in the Spanish Super Cup first leg at the Nou Camp as Real ran out 3-1 winners over Barcelona, and he marked his 10th El Clasico goal in Catalonia with a memorable celebration.

With Lionel Messi equalising for the hosts from the spot three minutes earlier, after Luis Suarez conned the ref when he played for a penalty, Ronaldo, on as a substitute, raced away down the left after being set free by the, irresistible Isco, checked inside and fired a sublime effort into the top far corner.

Gerard Pique couldn't get near Real's No.7, and his goalkeeper Marc-Andre Ter Stegen couldn't get near Ronaldo's arrowed effort.

The Portuguese, who has been only been training with Real for about four days due to Confederations Cup and sponsorship commitments, promptly whipped off his shirt and showed off his enviable shredded physique.

But footage and images doing the rounds on social media show Ronaldo trolling his Ballon d'Or rival Lionel Messi when he held his shirt aloft to the stunned fans at the Nou Camp, in a nearly identical way Messi did after silencing the Bernabeu with a late winner in April's El Clasico.

It appears Ronaldo's colleague Marcelo was the instigator in getting him to mimic Messi's famous celebration:

And Twitter instantly picked up on it:

Ronaldo was booked for his celebration and his all-action display as a substitute would take a turn for the worst a minute later when he was shown a second yellow card, and subsequently sent off.

The 32-year old went down under the challenge from Samuel Umtiti just outside the box and instead of awarding a decision in Real's favour, the referee would book an angry Ronaldo for diving and order him off the pitch. To complete the remarkable chain of events, Ronaldo put his hands on the referee in the form of a push after the red card was brandished.

10-man Real held firm for the remaining minutes and added a third on the break in the last minute, the sensational Marco Asensio darting down the left and unleashing a belting strike to seal the win going into the second leg at the Bernabeu.
