Manchester City's 2018/19 Premier League winning team is better than Arsenal's Invincibles, Manchester United's double winning team and Chelsea's 2004/05 Jose Mourinho team according to a poll.

The greatest Premier League team ever. That was the debate that Manchester City's 100 points sparked about a year ago, after a late winner against Southampton had taken them to the ridiculous landmark, but just 52 weeks later and the question has been raised again.

There's obviously been several great teams and it depends whether you want to look at it just over one season or over several to decide who the best side ever is.

Manchester United's treble winners won the Premier League three years in a row, as did the team that won the double in the 2007/08 season. The longevity and Champions League earns the side that included a front four of Carlos Tevez, Dimitar Berbatov, Wayne Rooney and Cristiano Ronaldo on our poll.

Next up were Arsenal's Invincibles. It doesn't really need explaining that going a whole season unbeaten, whilst winning the league, is very impressive. The only thing that holds them back is not kicking on from there and never winning the title since.

The first Jose Mourinho team at Chelsea were an incredible team and in the first season, 2004/05, broke a Premier League record and won 95 points, losing only once that season. The team included Didier Drogba, Petr Cech and Arjen Robben in their first season in England.

Last, and literally not least, are Guardiola's current side. The 100 points last season was impressive but this season they earned 98 more and were pushed all the way by Liverpool. It's not a surprise to see them top the poll:

Guardiola's team have already won the Carabao Cup this season and could yet add the FA Cup when they play Watford on Saturday.

Should they complete the domestic treble then they'd be the first team to do so, although the Champions League still alludes the blue side of Manchester.

With the past two seasons have been mind blowingly good from Guardiola's side and it'll be interesting to see how he decides to improve them in the summer.

There's likely to be a new central midfielder added, with Fernandino having just turned 34, whilst new full backs and a back up striker are a possibility too.

Just how much better can City get and when will they win the Champions League?
