Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi have so many records that one of them must have the record for the most football records broken and the other can't be far behind. There was a time when it seemed one of them had to break a record every week but believe it or not there's 18 records beyond them, just in the Champions League.
We are lucky to live in an age and where both Ronaldo and Messi boss the world of football and we can appreciate both their talents. It's even more brilliant for us that both players play on opposite sides of the best rivalry in football in this generation- just perfect.
But to be honest lads it's just not good enough. Oh yeah Ronaldo might have more goals in European competition than anyone ever and Messi might have scored five goals in a game and sure six Champions League medals between them is pretty okay but there's 18 records they haven't yet bested!
