We are utterly shocked and saddened to hear the news that Leicester City have sacked Premier League winner and one of nicest guys in football - Claudio Ranieri.

Ranieri's side have failed to produce the form of last season, but that doesn't mean it was right to sack the Italian, who gave Leicester their first league title in 133 years.

His energy and personality gave football fans around the world reason to smile. Ranieri gave everyone respect, and let's be honest, his post and pre match interviews are far better than the majority of Premier League managers.

We'll miss that.

To celebrate his time at the King Power stadium, we've compiled some of his greatest moments in pictures:

Despite concern from many when he joined Leicester, he exceeded everybody's expectations by winning the Premier League and qualifying for the Champions League.
