Arsenal and Tottenham are believed to monitoring the situation of a former Manchester City defender who did not play a single second of football at the club.
Florian Lejeune played for Girona for a year before Manchester City snapped him up in 2015, but the Blues loaned him back to the Spanish side immediately.
When the 2016 summer window rolled around, he was sold permanently to La Liga side Eibar - meaning he had been a Manchester City player but hadn't actually played for the club.

However, he's said to have impressed in Spain and has now attracted interest from two of England's leading clubs, according to The Mirror
The Frenchman has a mere £8.7 million release clause and is capable of playing as a defender or in midfield.
Arsene Wenger is said to have had scouts watching the 25-year old in action and reports are believed to have been positive.
On the opposite side of North London, Mauricio Pochettino is looking at Lejeune as a possible option in defence as Kevin Wimmer looks set to leave the club at the end of the season.
