Barcelona's star-studded squad will be absolutely furious with the officials when they see their disallowed goal from this afternoon's La Liga match at Real Betis.
Trailing 1-0 going into the final 10 minutes, Barca continued their all-out assault on the Betis half and looked as though they had equalised when the ball was quite obviously bundled over the line from close-range.
However, despite the replays looking so blatant, neither the referee, nor the linesman, felt they could definitely award the goal:
Unlike the Premier League, Spain's top-flight doesn't have the mandatory goal-line technology for every match, meaning the officials were without any help when making the call.

However, surely all you need to see that was over the line was two eyes?!
As it happens, Barcelona did eventually equalise, with Luis Suarez scoring to rescue a draw in stoppage time but the result leaves Barca two points behind bitter rivals Real Madrid, who also have a game in-hand.
