Partizan Belgrade secured all-three league points at Rad yesterday claiming a 1-nil victory on the road, though the game was marred after Everton Luiz was subject to vile racist abuse from the home fans.
The Brazilian midfielder grew so frustrated from the chants he left the field very emotional. Once the game concluded, Luiz was visibly upset with tears streaming down his face.
Every time he touched the ball, the 28-year-old was being monkey-screamed from a group of supporters of Rad. The referee and match stewards attempted to defuse the situation by making a public message telling the fans to halt their horrific behaviour.
Shortly before the end, the match was briefly interrupted when Rad supporters also waved a banner with an insulting message against the Brazilian prompting Luiz to give them the finger.

Partizan manager Marko Nikolic gave a honest assessment of the incident claiming it was the reality of the domestic league;
"It's a return to the reality of Serbian football."
While commenting on his players reaction; "Everton should not have reacted but something provoked his outburst, didn't it?"
