Since swapping Manchester United for Lyon, Memphis Depay has already got himself into the clubs museum and he's now set a new club record.

The Dutchman ended his miserable spell at Old Trafford by sealing a switch to France with Lyon during the January transfer window.

He failed to make a significant impression following his big-money move which prompted Jose Mourinho to offload him from his books.

And he's already making the headlines over at Lyon. Some good and some bad. Memphis has opened his account while creating a goal from his first six games.

But he's also been guilty of some mistakes which includes his sitter over the weekend. Despite the mix-bag of results, the 23-year-old has entered the clubs record books.

Depay participated in a fan signing, garnering plenty of attraction as over 1,500 people turned up to set a Lyon record.

Meanwhile, Lyon are next back in action on Thursday night as they host Dutch side AZ Alkmaar in the second leg of their round of 32 Europa League tie.

The French outfit have a handsome 4-1 lead with crucial away goals in the bag.

They then return to league action on Sunday as they entertain Metz hoping to close the gap on the chasing pack; Nice, PSG and Monaco.
