Gary Neville not seeing eye to eye with a Liverpool player may not be anything new, given that the former Manchester United captain thrived on the hatred that would spill over from the Kop whenever he visited Anfield.
Yet in retirement, Nevile has mellowed into a friendship with fellow Monday Night Football pundit Jamie Carragher and isn't viewed as Public Enemy Number One on Merseyside any more. Until Loris Karius took umbrage with Neville's analysis of his performance during Liverpool's 4-3 defeat at Bournemouth last week.

Karius told The Daily Mail , "I don't care what Gary Neville said after the game. He was a manager for a short bit and now he is back to being an expert again."
