Sampdoria winger Antonio Candreva scored a goal of the season contender in the club's Serie A clash against Udinese on Sunday.
It was a dramatic afternoon at The Stadio Comunale Luigi Ferraris. Luca Gotti's side opened the scoring through former Watford midfielder Roberto Pereyra but Sampdoria levelled the scores just nine minutes later after an own goal from Jens Stryger Larsen.
Udinese went 2-1 up just before the half-time whistle through Beto, although the home team once again equalised minutes later through experienced forward Fabio Quagliarella, who has now scored in the last 17 consecutive Serie A campaigns.
In the 69th minute, Sampdoria finally went ahead for the first time in the game thanks to an absolute screamer from Antonio Candreva; his third goal in eight Serie A appearances. This might just be the best goal Candreva has ever scored.
Roberto D'Aversa's side couldn't hold on to their lead, however, as Udinese striker Fernando Forestieri netted with 82 minutes on the clock to make it 3-3.
