Henrik Larsson insists his son Jordan would never sign for Rangers.

The Celtic legend spoke about his son during a one-on-one with Four Four Two in the latest edition of their magazine.

He covered everything, including his time at Parkhead, decision to leave Glasgow, playing for Barcelona, his short spell at Manchester United and the fiercest rivalry he ever appeared in.

But it was particularly interesting to hear what he had to say on Jordan - who he handed a breakthrough at Helsingborgs before leaving the club at the end of the Swedish season.

Jordan is just 19, yet has two years of first team football under his belt and is considered one of the best young talents in Sweden.

So it's inevitable that he's been linked with moves away from Helsingborgs, particularly in the aftermath of their disappointing relegation.

Among all the clubs he's been mentioned with, Celtic rivals Rangers are included - something Jordan has already stated that he wouldn't be interested in.

Now Henrik has waded in - insisting that Jordan would never sign for the Ibrox club.

Speaking in the latest edition of Four Four Two, Larsson was asked if he'd disown his son if he made the move and answered: "He would never do that!"

He was then asked if Jordan would sign for Celtic, responding: "It's up to him what he wants to do. If he's good enough, he will get the chance.

"He's promising, for sure, but there's more pressure on him than on any other 19-year-old here in Sweden.

"In the first part of this season he was fantastic, but when things don't go so well, he gets a little too much stick because he's my son. But he's strong enough to handle things."
