Iago Aspas Responds To Being Spit On By Sergio Ramos

Iago Aspas dominated the headlines following Celta Vigo inflicting Real Madrid with their second consecutive defeat after an extensive unbeaten streak.

Not only did the Spaniard continue his impressive form by bagging a goal, he also was subject to a vile act courtesy of Sergio Ramos.

The Los Blancos skipper disgustingly spat on Aspas following clashes through-out the game. Unacceptable behaviour.

Despite the deplorable act, Aspas remains a classy individual following his response to the incident. Speaking to the Spanish press, he said;

"I didn't even realize. I only saw it when someone sent me the video, but to be honest I didn't even notice at the time."

"They're things that happen a thousand times on the pitch, but they stay on the pitch."

Luckily for the red-hot striker, Ramos' saliva didn't land on him but if Aspas gets rewarded for his form with a Spanish call-up, the link-up should prove to be an interesting one.
