Dejan Lovren, Lazar Markovic and Marko Grujic are set to be investigated by the police for their role in a 'carpool' video posted to Liverpool's official channels.

The Daily Mail are reporting that the trio broke four laws during the video, with Lovren the focal point of the investigation, having filmed himself driving his two teammates to Liverpool's Melwood training ground.

The Croatian centre half can be seen using his mobile phone while driving and banging on his own steering wheel, while Markovic is not wearing a seatbelt.

Between them, the trio broke the law on four separate occasions - not being in proper control of a vehicle, driving without due care and attention, using his mobile phone at the wheel and having a passenger without a seat belt.

The Metropolitan Police claimed that they would be 'reviewing the content and taking further necessary action'. Liverpool have since removed the video from all their various accounts.
