Michael Owen is far too easy to criticise, be it in his former profession as a footballer, his new job as a pundit or the fact that he's only watched six films in his life and he thinks they're all boring. But he might actually be the best pundit ever!
By the end of his career Owen wasn't too great a striker, having lost the touch of speed that made him so dangerous and even some of the consistent finishing that made him as deadly as anyone at the beginning of his striking days at Liverpool.
Having made the transition to punditry with BT Sport the former Real Madrid frontman found himself in the middle of most fans ire as he constantly made ridiculous points like "they don't win when they don't score", thanks for the insight Michael!

However whilst we're usually having a go at him for his obvious comments and utter drivel it seems like we've all missed the single greatest prediction of all time...Owen predicting that Leicester might even go down this season:
"Leicester conceivably could go down next year.
"They could win the league and still be in a relegation fight next year.
Owen made his claim, that seemed utterly ridiculous, as far back as 13th February last year, months before the Foxes even won the Premier League title and just a day before their Valentine's Day loss to Arsenal!

At the time most people laughed it off as Owen being ridiculous but clearly he was just stating the obvious once again.
