Roma fans' love for Radja Nainggolan may about to be taken to another level, with 'Giallorossi' supporters wanting the Belgian midfielder to have his own move named after him.

Nainggolan's combative style has seen the former Cagliari man become a firm fan favourite at the Stadio Olimpico since he moved to the Italian capital in 2014.

Not only has the defensive midfielder chipped in with 20 goals in his 136 appearances for Roma, but he's also perfected a tackling technique that is seemingly unique to him, or at least Roma fans seem to think so, anyway.

Twitter user and 'Giallorossi' fan @DerossisTattoo has put together a compilation video of the former Piacenza midfielder utilising this specific tackle in which he not only reclaims possession of the ball cleanly, but does so in a way that immediately sets Roma on the front foot, via a cutely executed use of the back heel.

Whether Nainggolan did in fact invent the move is up for debate, but it's certainly not something that is seen all that often apart from when the Belgian is playing.

So does Nainggolan deserve to have his name immortalised alongside this style of tackle or has someone else used it just as successfully already?
