Liverpool fans are raging about Craig Pawson's performance against Manchester United today.
The referee hasn't been a popular figure among the Anfield supporters ever since giving Everton a debatable penalty after Dejan Lovren's tackle on Dominic Calvert-Lewin in last Merseyside derby.

So you can understand Liverpool supporters not being happy with the referee's appointment to this afternoon's game at Old Trafford.
In addition, Pawson's Wikipedia page was changed throughout the game.
Even if Pawson had been perfect in the game, he would have probably still taken stick. And the fact he denied Liverpool a few penalty shouts after both Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane went down in the box, made it even easier for them to criticise him.
