Sergio Ramos Gives The Most Sergio Ramos Answer To Question About Salah/Karius

"All I'm missing is for Firmino to say he got a cold because a bead of my sweat landed on him..."

Sergio Ramos has certainly hit the headlines of late, but the Real Madrid captain has stayed relatively quiet since the Champions League final - until now.

In an interview with the Mediaset World Cup program via Marca, Ramos has finally spoken about the injuries to both Mohamed Salah and Loris Karius during the final last month and he certainly hasn't held back.

"Bloody hell, how people have paid attention to the Salah thing" he said.

"Next the keeper says he's concussed because of collision with me. All that's left is for (Roberto) Firmino to say he caught a cold because a drop of my sweat fell on him."

Ramos also spoke about how everything is 'magnified', mentioning the incident involving Mohamed Salah in the first half:

"I didn't want to speak because everything is magnified." he continued.

"I see the play well, he grabs my arm first and I fell to the other side, the injury happened to the other arm and they said that I gave him a judo hold."

Later in the interview, he confirmed that he did in fact apologise to Salah after the game, but reckoned he could have stayed on in the second half if he had an injection.

"I spoke with Salah through messages he was quite good. He could have played if he got an injection for the second half, I have done it sometimes but when Ramos does something like this, it sticks a little bit more.

"I don't know if it's because you're at Madrid for so long and win for so long that people look at it a different way."

Well that might just be the most Sergio Ramos response ever.
