Ronaldinho is reportedly weighing up returning to football and linking up with a fellow legend of the game in Diego Maradona, currently in charge of Gimnasia y Esgrima La Plata.
The 2005 Ballon d'Or winner has been out of the game five years after his last stint with Fluminense back in 2015, and has instead spent his team playing in charity games and futsal matches.
But as per the Argentine version of Marca, who cite reports from El Dia, the 40-year old is interested in a return to the professional game and has told Maradona, who is keen to draft him in.
Seeing two of the game's most gifted players and colourful characters working together would be quite something but there is of course a big stumbling block - that being that Ronaldinho is still under house arrest in Paraguay.
After spending 32 days in a Paraguayan jail following a fake passport ordeal that is still being investigated, both Ronaldinho and his brother and agent Roberto de Assis Moreira were released after his lawyers paid a total of $1.6 million in bail.

The pair are both now being housed in the presidential suite at Hotel Palmaroga in Asuncion, the capital city of Paraguay - and the former Barcelona and AC Milan star was even granted a football to play with in his room.
While in prison, Ronaldinho was seen drinking and signing autographs for fellow inmates, while he also scored five in a prison football game and celebrated his 40th birthday with a BBQ and cake.
