Steven Gerrard May Not Have Announced He's Leaving LA Galaxy After All

So, a few hours ago, we reported that Steven Gerrard had announced that he was leaving LA Galaxy, but now it appears that may not be the case, after all.

Gerrard's Instagram post, thanking the Galaxy fans, seemed to be a goodbye message, following Galaxy's last game of the regular season, yesterday. However, the former Liverpool skipper's post is similar to those shared by several other Galaxy players, who have all included messages to the fans with their pictures:

While at 36 and nearing the end of his contract Gerrard is still likely to leave California in the very near future, it would appear that this post is not the announcement of the end of his spell in Los Angeles.
