Could Steven Gerrard be about to return to Liverpool?
The Liverpool legend hinted at a possible departure from La Galaxy a couple of days back and now reports have surfaced that Gerrard could be set to return to Liverpool in a non-playing capacity.
According to Paul Joyce from the Express, the 35-year old is in talks about returning to his beloved side.

What role exactly Gerrard will likely take up is unclear at this stage, but a coaching stint in the same academy set-up that he came through is a possible option.
But Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp certainly appears to be in favour of bringing the former England captain back into the fold in some capacity.
He said:

"Steven Gerrard - and this will be a really big surprise - is always so welcome at Liverpool.
"Everything we will talk to each other about will stay in these talks. That is how I know Stevie and that is how I am.
"Nobody should be worried that we don't have space for Steven Gerrard. Everything will be fine, 100 per cent."
Gerrard spent a total of 17 years in the first-team at Anfield before departing for the MLS in 2015.
He might not be banging in 40-yard screamers anymore, but Liverpool fans will welcome a Gerrard return, whatever the details, with open arms.
