Ricardo Quaresma Humiliates Loris Karius With The Most Outrageous Rabona In Training

Ricardo Quaresma Humiliates Loris Karius With The Most Outrageous Rabona In Training

Oh no he didn't.

Ricardo Quaresma is the definition of a footballer who never quite lived up to expectations after promising so much.

Don't get me wrong, the ultra-talented winger has shown glimpses of brilliance in the past during spells at Barcelona, FC Porto, Inter Milan, Chelsea and Sporting.

But his most consistent spell has come at current side Besiktas - a team that have clearly given the player confidence in recent years.

So much confidence that he can produce this sort of filth in training earlier. I mean, just look at the state of this Rabona finish.

When it comes to skill there are always the same names that crop up including Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Neymar.

But one name that is often overlooked is Ronaldo's Portuguese compatriot, yes that man, Ricardo Quaresma, who constantly performs the unexpected.

More recently, following Beşiktaş's fourth-placed finish last year, they entered the qualifying rounds of this year's Europa League.

In their play-off game vs FK Partizan, Quaresma displayed his fancy footwork once again producing one of the most unnecessary pieces of skill.

After earlier nutmegging Partizan's Danilo Pantić and being subsequently crunched in a tackle, Quaresma felt it was entirely necessary to rabona-pass the ball to teammate Adriano.

He just loves a good, old fashion Rabona and who can blame him?

Karius, on the other hand, has signed for the Turkish club on a two year loan deal but life in the Super Lig hasn't started too well.

He was partially at fault for Bursaspor's 86th minute goal in the 1-1 draw with Besiktas, last week.

We reckon Karius will start to pick up some confidence as the weeks go by, though.

We wish him all the best on his journey in Turkey.
