This Guy's 'Request A Bet' Cost Betting Company £350,000 Last Night

When Twitter user @MReid99 requested a bet at 10:53am yesterday morning, he probably didn't expect Sky Bet to lose £350,000 as a result of his genius. Take a bow, son.

Max Reid requested the following to Sky Bet - 'Robert Lewandowski to score a header and Arsenal to miss a penalty.' Sky Bet priced that request at 400/1 and clearly plenty of scrambled to the mobile app to put money on it.

Lewandowski proceeded to score a bullet header in the 53rd minute while Alexis Sanchez missed that penalty in the 30th minute.
