Everton Announced The Signing Of Ashley Williams By Answering Fan On Twitter

After they received a hefty £47.5 million fee for defender John Stones yesterday, Everton certainly haven't taken long to spend a chunk of that money on his replacement, Ashley Williams.

The Toffees announced the signing of Williams on Twitter this afternoon but it wasn't just an ordinary, run of the mill announcement. Oh no.

Twitter user @Ged_1878 asked Everton's official account to 'ANNOUNCE ANNOUNCE ANNOUNCE' and to his surprise, they answered in brilliant fashion.

We at TheSPORTbible think football clubs need to do this on a regular basis during the transfer window. Mix things up a bit.
