After having a £3 million bid for Robert Snodgrass turned down last week, West Ham are now close to making Brentford striker Scott Hogan their newest signing after a fee of £15 million was reportedly agreed.
West Ham had a bid of £10 million officially rejected early last week but now Slaven Bilic is ready to add to his striking options with one of the most highly-rated strikers in the Championship.
Hogan has already scored 14 times in the league this season, with only Glenn Murray, Tammy Abraham and Dwight Gayle ahead of the 24-year-old.

West Ham supporters have been calling for a new striker since a number of poor performances from European Championship 'sensation' Zaza.
The Hammers suffered a hugely disappointing 5-0 defeat to Manchester City last week, so this news may may go down well with West Ham supporters, or it could simply frustrate them even more.
£15 million for a Championship forward is quite a sum.
