Uruguay took an early lead against Portugal in Sochi and it was the dynamic duo of Luis Suarez and Edinson Cavani combining in stunning fashion for the opener.
The PSG hitman collected the ball deep on the right flank and produced a lovely crossfield pass that was taken down excellently by his strike partner.
Suarez then cut inside and swung in a teasing cross into the far post that was met by Cavani, who nodded home past Rui Patricio.
It was one of the best one-two's in recent memory and just the latest example of the special elepathy the pair have between them. This was Cavani's 44th goal for his country and the 12th to be assisted by Suarez.

Name a more iconic duo. I'll wait.
