There's a very good reason why Gary Neville is the best football pundit in the country. Not only does he talk sense but he's also identified the changes Chelsea needed to make in order to dominate English football.
The Sky pundit dissected Jose Mourinho's Premier League winning side and how they managed to successfully regain the Premier League title, while pin-pointing a few areas.

Neville identifies Oscar's position as room for improvement while suggesting Eden Hazard could adopt that role in order to get his full potential.
As well as claiming Nemanja Matic needed another commanding midfielder alongside him, not to mention saying Cesc Fabregas isn't quite right to play in a two.
And Mystic Nev isn't done there. He also recognises the idea that Chelsea need another centre-half and right-back.
Since then, they drafted in N'Golo Kante in the summer to replace Fabregas. Oscar was shipped off to China for mega money with Hazard moving into the No.10 position.

Meanwhile, Branislav Ivanovic's was pretty much deemed surplus to requirement as Cesar Azpilicueta made the right-back position this own with David Luiz being re-signed to take up a position in the heart of their defence.
Subsequently, Antonio Conte's charges are sitting comfortably at the summit of the league, nine points clear of their nearest rivals with 14 games left to play.
Well played, Gary. Well played!
