One football fan his shared his 'unpopular opinion' that prime Aaron Ramsey is better than prime David Silva and he's got some facts to back it up too.
City captain Silva was praised by Graeme Souness last week with the Sky Sports pundit saying there's 'an argument for him being the greatest Premier League player ever.'
Whilst most would say that's a bit of a stretch one Arsenal fan has gone further by saying that Silva at his best wasn't as good as former Gunners' midfielder Ramsey at his best:
The Gunners' fan did at least admit that there's a reason it's an unpopular opinion and that is because most people wouldn't agree with him.

That you can pick out which is Ramsey's best season compared to Silva where it would be arguable potentially tells you why most would say the Spaniard is the better player.
Equally Ramsey's best position has tended to be at 10, where he can effect the game more, whereas Silva has often played deeper and so the stats won't tell the full story.
Ramsey moved to Juventus at the end of last season on a free after the Gunners took the offer of a new contract off the table for the Welshman.

Silva became City's captain this summer after Vincent Kompany left but will only be with Pep Guardiola's team for this season before leaving himself when his contract expires.
