Luke Shaw was granted a rare start for Manchester United this afternoon in the FA Cup, but it appears the left-back's efforts haven't really gone down well with the club's supporters.
The 21-year-old was signed from Southampton in the summer of 2014, but a double leg break in September 2015 meant he missed almost all of last season, and it seems the England international is still struggling to find his top form.
Having been left out of recent matches against Reading, Hull City and Liverpool, Shaw was given a start in the fourth round of the competition at home to Championship side Wigan Athletic, but a pretty damning consensus had started forming amongst supporters:
On top of his horrific broken leg, this is actually Shaw's first appearance in the senior side since November - surely fans should be a bit more realistic and reasonable than giving him this sort of reaction, no?
