Marcus Rashford's Goal Broke A Jose Mourinho Record

Top moment for him.

Jose Mourinho's first three games in charge of Manchester United seemed to be proving the point made by many, Jose Mourinho just doesn't care about youth. But with just 20 minutes left of their match yesterday Marcus Rashford proved once again that age is just a number.

Last season's hero for United had only been given 20 minutes to play at the end of the Community Shield heading into yesterday evening's Premier League against Hull City and with the Red Devils struggling to break their opponents down the stage looked set for his extra pace.

However his introduction was slightly delayed with Henrikh Mkhitaryan the first man on. But when Rashford did eventually come on he looked the most likely to make something happen with his direct running. And the teenager slotted home in injury time sparking scenes amongst the fans and becoming the first teenager to score in the Premier League for Jose Mourinho:

The former Chelsea manager has a reputation for not caring about youth development and leaving talented youngsters who still need developing out of his side in favour for older players and big name signings.

Mourinho did say earlier this week that Rashford would get plenty of first team football and with Europa League and the EFL Cup to come next month for the Old Trafford side it looks likely that he will get that game time considering he's one of only four first teamers who can play up front along with Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Wayne Rooney and Anthony Martial.
