AC Milan's ruthless transfer activity isn't slowing done as the club have continued their summer splurge by signing a Real Madrid player.

The fallen European giants have heavily recruited during the transfer window with a major overhaul of impressive signings.

From Andre Silva, Andrea Conti to Hakan Calhanoglu and most notably Leonardo Bonucci from Serie A rivals Juventus. While recently snapping up former Blackburn striker Nikola Kalinic.

And they've now acquired the services of an 18-year-old from the European champions. AC Milan have signed promising midfielder Sergio Sanchez Gioya from Real Madrid.

He confirmed the move on his Instagram posting the following message:

Gioya will link up with AC Milan's youth team which is managed by former player Gennaro Gattuso.

Following the complete makeover, Vincenzo Montella's side has reeled off three consecutive wins since the new season started. AC Milan secured passage in the next round of the Europa League by thrashing Shkendija Tetovo 7-0 on aggregate.

Meanwhile they kicked off their Scudetto campaign with a convincing victory. AC Milan beat Crotone 3-0 away from home as they sit at the summit of the league after the first week.

Montella's charges face Cagliari on Sunday night as they bid to become Italian champions once again.

As they mount a challenge domestically and in Europe, will the free-spenders sign any more players before the transfer window slams shut?
