Andres Iniesta Offered Mega Deal To Dump Barcelona For China

Iniesta's time at Barca could be coming to an end and he's got an offer from China.

So that wasn't too bad, I pretty much went a good two weeks without having to write about China but the Far East is back with a mega deal for Andres Iniesta.

Now that I think about it I've probably not gone that long at all without having to write an article about a player moving or not moving to the Chinese Super League but I'm trying to block them out of my memory now that there's so many of them!

The Chinese Super League are slowly but surely trying to buy up any and all of the best players currently plying their trade in Europe, as you'll well know by now. Unlike the MLS' tactics of buying players coming to the end of their careers the CSL are going for players at the top of their game.

However in Andres Iniesta they've clearly spotted an ageing player who is still worth signing, according to reports in Spain, via the Sun, the 32 year old midfielder has been offered £600k-a-week to move to China.

Andres Iniesta is so good that Neymar and Sergio Busquets spend their match trying to get the ball off him.

Iniesta's contract runs out at the end of next season and Barcelona have reportedly offered him a new deal but according to reports the player and his agent Carles Puyol are not happy with the offer.

There's some suggestion that the legendary midfielder's offer isn't as big as the player would want because the club are trying to scrimp and save in order to be able to afford a new mega deal for Lionel Messi.

However on the flip side to that is the suggestion that Barca could spend big money on Philippe Coutinho or Marce Verratti so it's more likely that the lower offer is just to do with his decreased importance to the team.

Iniesta's legendary former midfield partner Xavi moved to Qatar at the end of his career so there's no reason why Iniesta wouldn't move to China.
