Chelsea's Senior Players Identify Thibaut Courtois Replacement

Thibaut Courtois continues to be linked with a move away from Chelsea, as Real Madrid remain hellbent on bringing in a superstar keeper.

It appears their attention is now firmly fixated on the Belgium stopper following their failure in snapping up Manchester United's David De Gea.

And if Courtois' move does ultimately transpire, the Chelsea senior players have already identified a replacement.

According to The Sun, some of Antonio Conte's squad have urged him to draft in Joe Hart should Courtois secure a move back to Madrid.

Courtois is mulling over a return back to Spain to live closer to his wife and young child who are based in the Spanish capital following his stint with cross-town rivals Atletico.

He spent three seasons at the club while on loan from Chelsea but moved to the English capital after they offloaded Petr Cech to Arsenal.

Meanwhile, just like Courtois, Hart's future is also subject to intense speculation. He's currently on loan to Serie A side Torino as he weighs up offers with a summer switch on the cards.

The 29-year-old is expected to leave Manchester City in the summer with a return to the Premier League supposedly his desired option.

Liverpool and West Ham have also expressed an interest with England's No.1 attracting plenty of suitors.

Chelsea now join the race to sign Hart. Will we see him see grace the Premier League next season?
