Everton have agreed a deal with Zenit St Petersburg for Axel Witsel.
The 27-year-old is currently on international duty as the talented Belgium midfielder is set to become a part of Ronald Koeman's revolution at Goodison Park, as reported by Squawka.
It's believed 'The Toffees' have agreed a record £30 million offer and will beat the likes of Manchester United, Liverpool, Juventus among others, to his signature but it appears they will still have to fend off interest from Napoli.
Witsel has graduated from the national's under-15 side eventually compiling 71 caps for the senior side, who has been residing in Russia with Zenit since 2012.

After spending four seasons in the Russian league, he's amassed 156 appearances in all competitions while adding 21 goals as well as gaining experience from the Champions League which no doubt Koeman and Co. will be targeting come next season.
The Premier League club will send out a signal of intent if they can finalise the acquisition of Witsel, as England could potentially welcome another Afro-wearing Belgium international.
