Gianluigi Donnarumma doesn't turn 18 until the later part of next month and yet the Italian goalkeeper will have past 50 Serie A games by that point. There's a long time left in his career but will it be at AC Milan.
Donnarumma was pretty much unknown outside of Milan until October 2015. The then 16 year old made his league debut in a 2-1 against Sassuolo and he's been the San Siro side's number one since.
Young goalkeepers rarely do well so consistently and when David de Gea was signed by Manchester United aged 21 it was seen as something of a gamble.
However Donnarumma has defied usual thinking and established himself as one of the best keepers in the world but that inevitably means interest in signing him.

Manchester City have previously been linked but according to Italian newspaper Calciomercato Juventus are readying a 40 million euro bid for the teenager with another 40 million offered as his wages over four years.
Donnarumma can't sign a senior deal with any club until he turns 18 so that means that the Old Lady would have to wait until the summer for their incredible offer.
The Milan goalie is considered the obvious heir to the Gianluigi Buffon thrown at both domestic and international level and a move from Juve could speed up the elder's retirement.
Buffon has stated that he would like to play on until the World Cup next summer however the Serie A champions will almost certainly want to make their move before City or someone else does.
