Mesut Ozil Has Told Arsenal Who He Wants As Next Signing

The January transfer window is only a few weeks away from opening as clubs across the country and beyond draft in or offload talent but if Mesut Ozil had his way Arsenal will be spending big come next month.

Arsenal are prepared to table a £30 million offer for Julian Draxler, and his compatriot is urging the club to finally snap up the talented midfielder.

Renown French media RMC Sport provided the scoop as the Gunners are set to make the bid official with the potential deal being pushed by Ozil.

Arsenal are six points off leaders Chelsea having slipped behind their London rivals following their 2-1 defeat to Everton last night.

But Arsene Wenger's men remain in a good position to vie for the Premier League title while they harbour aspirations for the Champions League, albeit tasked with Bayern Munich in the next stage.

In order to mount a challenge on all fronts, Wenger is ready to enhance his squad by hoping to secure the services of Draxler.

Though the North-London outfit are up against stiff competition as the Wolfsburg playmaker is also attracting interest from PSG.
