Oh sure when I attempt a putt from two yards out at mini golf it lips out but when Jason Day goes for a 71 foot putt it drops in, because that's fair! The only thing more frustrating about my long game is my short game so Jason Day's putt is just taking the piss out of the casual golfer!
The Australian and world number one is just on another level and that's why he's on top of the rankings. Yesterday Day actually had to settle for tied fourth place in The Barclays, losing out to Patrick Reed, but his 71 foot putt at the 15th for birdie was just something else:
However the 28 year old, who finished the fourth round two under but missed out on first place by two shots to Reed who went round in one under, has putted from further out this season at 74 foot and if that's not impressive enough he's also scored three of the top 12 furthest putts on the PGA tour so far this year:
With his excellent putting and my brilliant 'middle game' maybe we could team up to take over the golfing world, although he looks to be doing a decent job without me...
