Most batsmen will feel pretty comfortable when they see the ball rolling towards the boundary that they can't get out well if it's rolling towards Jofra Archer they might want to reconsider going for a run from now on.

After enduring a torrid couple of months watching the Ashes I'm really starting to come round to agreeing with those that prefer the limited overs stuff.

As well as England leading Australia 2-0 in the ODI series, and looking far better than their opposition, there's also the tasty prospect of watching the Australian's T20 Big Bash competition.

One man who has really been catching the eye is Barbados all rounder Jofra Archer, playing for Hobart Hurricanes in the competition and his latest bit of throwing might be the highlight of it all.

Today Hobart faced Perth Scorchers at the WACA and the Barbadian proved his incredible arm with a direct hit run out from the boundary!

The 22 year old Sussex all-rounder has an English father and recently told Sky Sports he wants to represent England, saying, "I want to play for England. I think the conditions over here suit me a lot more than anywhere else, so I feel I would be better suited for a longer career in England."

If he does manage to play for England, and Trevor Bayliss should be taking a serious look at him right now, then he'll no doubt be competing with Chris Woakes as the all-rounder with the best run-out technique.

The English test player picked up a great run-out with his feet against Australia this week:

Archer though is definitely the man of the hour right now:

He's some player for sure.

Is there anything he can't do?
