Popular bookmakers Paddypower and Betway have both suspended betting on Antonio Conte being the next Premier League manager to leave his post.
The Italian has only been in the job for a matter of months, but both bookies have this afternoon seen a sharp increase in bets on him being given his marching orders.
The Stamford Bridge chief had been 20/1 on Thursday morning but he's now only best odds of 9/2 at Ladbrokes; whilst being as low as 6/4 at BetVictor.

His odds are plummeting quickly at most other bookies too; with Betfair and William Hill also making him their favourites to get the axe.
David Williams of Ladbrokes said: "The gamble started on Thursday lunchtime and by mid-afternoon Conte's price had collapsed."
"Punters are hoping there's no smoke without fire and we've racked up liabilities in next to no time."
Conte has hardly enjoyed a charmed start to life in the Premier League; with 13 points after 7 games and defensive problems galore, but surely it's too early to send him packing?

It wouldn't surprise me to see Roman Abramovich overreacting to some poor results as he has form but I don't think there's anyone out there that could achieve any sort of success with the shit show that is Chelsea's defence.
